It was my very first Easter celebration outside the country and I was
blessed to spend my long weekend at Aileen and John's house in the North.
They took me up to Adelaide Hills, which was such a relaxing drive when
the view was utterly breathtaking! You'd be able to see farms of fresh
grapes, strawberries and apples stretching out the land. Plus, if you're
up for it, go picking some fresh fruits straight from the farm.
But, our trip was to The Big Rocking Horse at Gumeracha.
In the Wildlife Park, you would spend only $2 for the animal food,
then you could enjoy feeding the animals without any restrictions.

This
was my VERY FIRST encounter with a KANGAROO and WALLABY
(belongs to a
different family and smaller than a kangaroo).
They were oh-so-cute and
super friendly! You're hands are
supposedly kept flat while feeding them
so they don't
accidentally chew on you!
